The Condo Store Realty Inc., was established to spearhead the ever expanding pre-construction condominium opportunities in Canada and also on an international scale in the United Kingdom (London) and in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Toronto has been my stomping ground for the past decade and as of December 2009, I have personally been involved with the sales and marketing of over $3.1Billion of pre-construction and finished condominiums in some of Toronto’s most significant condominium projects. I take great pride in being involved in the sale of over 10,000 condominium units in Canada since 1997.
You may be thinking that the numbers are far too high for one person but let me tell you its amazing and true. The development sites and the sales volumes that I have managed to bring to market in some of the most impressive and in-demand areas of Toronto have produced impressive returns for buyers and sellers consistently. My key involvement with these developments was aimed at satisfying the requirements of local residents, visitors and investors who wanted the location, the price and the benefits of my knowledge and expertise.
